" Seriously disappointed. Always been a satisfied customer but this time something went terribly wrong. Ordered a dibond board, paid for double sided printing but received single sided. When I complained I was told that if you want something printed on 2 sides with EXACTLY the same file, you have to send that same file TWICE. if you don't, it is assumed that you want one-sided printing (while you paid for double sided!). This is crazy. I complained about this but was turned down. I explained again, got a stubborn email back that stated the fault was with me. I was offered a 15% discount on my next order "to alleviate the burden"... DISCOUNT? You delivered half work for full price, and I can get DISCOUNT on a NEXT ORDER ??:)) Really very disappointed. "

" I have ordered a rollup banner and branded pens (2 times). I am very happy with the quality of print and delivery timing. The team is very responsive and supportive. There was an issue with my recent order which has been very quickly fixed. Highly recommended! "

" I payed 10 euro's extra on a 30 euro order to get it here quickly. They printed it wrong. took me 2 days before they would finally send me a new one, because my complaint was being "handled"
Finally they sent me a new one, also with rush. The thing get's delayed! Now it's already a whole week later, leaving me with orders to pack and no product.
I can understand mistakes. But delaying a rush order, that was intended to replace a previous rush order, that was botched up because of their mistake, is just ridiculous. "

" The worst experience. Order came later than it was supposed to, when it finally did there were ink stains on every cover (do you even check it before shipping?). Paper was not the kind I chose. And I could be okay with all that but I’m waiting for my reprint for already 10 days. Which makes the whole order almost 2 weeks late. Unbelievable. "
