" Terrible bank, they don't even have a bill counter! They ask people what are they going to do with withdrawals. Very rude, arrogant, and nosy staff. They even ask personal/privacy invasive questions such as where do you take withdrawals? When/what date do you take your withdrawals there? What border/port do you take your withdrawals? Do you fly with your withdrawals? What airline do you fly on? Withdrawn bills are old (e.g. 15 years) and often worn-out and torn. Ask why? "It is what it is, it comes from our central office" you get. Its ATMs only deliver 100 euro bills, 200/500 bills are NOT known to this cheap insignificant bank and its ATMs. They are all nice and friendly as long as you deposit, try to withdraw cash and they show their devilish face.
The bank has low quality of banking: they charge you $1 for posting your monthly account review in addition to monthly $4 account service fee. They change such fees without advance notice.
Of course you can't expect much from a lousy bank that was recently fined $1B for Libor rate-fixing. "
