" i thought it was one of the fine restaurant of biratnagar as it was my first time to that place. Just few days back i was there with my family and friends we were having dinner suddenly some staffs turned off the light and my sister went to talk to the restaurant staff asking if they could turn on the lights because we were eating. But instead the bar guy with glasses started saying that "oh! she wants lights to be turn on" laughing with other staffs. Which states they were teasing her bullying her, (verbal abuse act) saying "shall i hit you shall i abuse you?" I have been to many places in my life but this is the worst thing i have ever faced in my life. Everyone needs to know! And if this is how you treat your customer then come one you people have still more to learn. "
