Please work out how to use a drop sheet. Please admit you have made a mess, don't leave me to find it. Please respond to my complaints, rather than pass them onto someone else who fails to contact me. Thank you for your offer of $100 reduction in my bill. That has covered me doing all the cleaning up at little more than the minimum wage rate. I am a business owner who had far more important things to do today. The heat pump appears to work. "
