He promises that he will be available for you 24 hours a day for questions and concerns... Unfortunately, this is not the case, if you have the privilege to have Dr. Marks he will be there for you whenever needed. Dr. Burrows will not answer your questions and wont give you direct answers to any issues. Dr. Marks truly cares about his patients and their family goals, Dr. Burrows will not recognize your concerns or answer any questions.
