" Very helpful shop assistant was able to answer my obscure question and then refused to accept the word of her pimpled teenage assistant that there was no stock out back and went back and found it herself. "

" Went to st lukes store this morning 9.10am doors locked, could see staff inside with customer, waited until customer was leaving to ask when they opened. NO hours DISPLAYED anywhere on windows. Staff member then said they don't open until 9.30 meanwhile while she was telling me this another customer came into the store to be served by another staff member. I am still turned away . At no stage did they ASK what I wanted. This store has lost out on my custom consisting of 5 outdoor lights , security light and floor lamp. Customer Service NOT IN THIS STORE. "
