She should always do the right thing and pay workers accordingly without any pittyful excuses to not pay up the basis of any business is always do good business not only the customers needs to be happy but so do workers
It ain't about the $$$s it's about the principle to be respectful honest and to provide a good service and also to treat workers with respect and dignity and ensure that the environment is safe and hygienic for people who work there
If she knew she was hiring someone who had a drug habit then she should know better that a person with a drug habit is likely to not turn it down if offered and that is no excuse to kick a girl out and not pay them not even the average workplace could do that without consequences

For a person in the sex industry to not be paid leaves a feeling of sexual violation the reality is u would have sex with someone u are interested in I think in this industry u have sex because there is an expectation of payment sex workers can be very vulnerable people if they are unsure "
