" What a terrible experience at RnRV Ltd. I had completed research on a number of vehicles and was ready to view and ask questions - even having the latest review in my copy of Motorhomes magazine with me.
One of the concerns I had heard from local owners was repair and maintenance of imported vehicles.
Paul Cook, RnRV owner, became very aggressive and rude to me when I asked about local repairs of the imported RVs. In front of his sales staff. I said I would come back on another day when he was feeling better - but clearly won't. I cannot put words sufficiently to express how bad these few moments with his was. The original sales member was very engaging and knowledgeable - but I won't be giving a cent (nor can recommend others) to Paul Cook.
I was making enquiries on behalf of family who are returning to NZ for the next America's Cup (they work for one of the syndicates). They have $US to spend and I will be continuing the search without using RnRV - but at least it's convinced me to look at only NZ or Australian made. "

" Clean well displayed vehicles, Nadine was just terrific and the follow up and overall sales presentation was excellent. Even though i did not buy one of their motorhomes I would recommend that you pay Nadine a visit and discuss your needs she's a ray of sunshine!!! "
