5 people got served before me who walked in after me. 35 minutes in they took my key and car then they both disapperaed. So i was stuck. Ridiculous, never buying a VW again and not going to these clowns again. "

" Tristram caused damage to my car after servicing it. When I made a complaint they first chose to simply ignore my calls emails, then they made a fanciful claim that they had managed to inspect the faulty part without physically touching it, then they offered to have the damage repaired at a "discount" - which turned out to be a higher price than non-discounted quotes from other professional panel-beaters. Then they again chose to ignore my emails. I now I have been left to pay for the repair of the damage myself. This is the type of behaviour you may expect from a dodgy backstreet mechanic, not a boutique Volkswagen dealership. "
