" Worst Cutomer Servise. Went for car valuation, Mr Deneys says I hope you have not stolen this car, as I cannot see your VIN. Then he says my offer is trade it for free to me. When the odometer did not match the reading on his system, he said my friend knows to tamper odometer readings, I hope you have not tampered your odometer.
Is this the Standard of Customer Servise Turner s Auction provides.
This guy needs either good coaching or the future is dark for CS at Turners Auction Penrose. "

" Hopeless experience today that really wasted our time. We booked a test drive of a car advertised on Trade Me and Turners website and had it confirmed by text. Turned up at the time of booking and told Customer Service I was there to test drive a car. Half an hour later someone asked us to follow him to another shed where car was supposedly located. Walked around for another 20 minutes and no car to be found. No one there knew where it was. A complete waste of two hours of our time this afternoon. "

" Great selection. Have been here before and purchased good car. Went yesterday to view a car. Waited five minutes...told someone was going to get it...had a window shop...came back to counter twice...told it must be blocked in. Wandered around yard again. When i headed back ...around 30 minutes after arriving...saw car but the salesman was talking to two others who had not been there. He told me that they were there first and then showed them the car. They were only there the third time i visited the desk...he had not mentioned that they were here at any time previously. Really rude disrespectful manners. What a waste of my time...not cool "

" I have bought a car from this branch a week ago, based on their vehicle condition report, and recommendations from the sales person called Ken, I trusted their professional and the name of turners. After 1 hour buying the car, I have found some paint problems (paint was faded on spoiler, and they used some back oil to cover this issue, so I could not see it during inspection, and this issue was not stated in their condition report), and went back to them. They gave me a claim form to process, and their sales manager promised me will get back to me ASAP. But, I waited for another 6 days, getting no responses at all. Every time that I was trying to contact them, its either their cell phones was gone into voicemail or turned off. And finally that I have got to know that my claim was declined by them without any given reason. I have tried many times to make contact with the person called Luke Wilson, the claim consultant by phone and txt, and getting no responses at all. With all these stress and bad experiences of buying a car from these people from turners, it is absolutely a disaster. And I should have looked at the reviews of this branch before buying a car from them. I hope my review can help the people before they waste their time and money in this branch. "

" Very bad experience, I wanted to use their cash now facility to quickly sell me car. Turners are a misleading bunch. Though their service is prompt, their advertisement is misleading. The online estimate they gave me was $6149. Then they asked me to book in for a inspection. The car was in great condition which the assessor said himself, but the cash now price was under $3000. Its more then 50% different. And they said I will get the funds only when they sell the car in the auction. That beats the whole point of cash now facility. These guys lure you in with their great advertising but are not realistic when delivering. Not Happy!!..also the inspector said if I want cash then it will under $3000, this is a Teana 2007 selling on trademe for around 7k. I was expecting it be near their online valuation not this much difference "
