I did got damaged DVD/BD discs rented out to me a few times, HOWEVER, they happily clean or replace them; they even extend my due date. I've been routinely going to this shop for years, now. Natasha and her team have always gives incredible customer service. It's also great to see how their collections grow.

They also sell various toys and collector items from various genres like Doctor Who, Star Trek/Wars, GoT, etc. While youre going through the cool list of movies to watch, grab a snack while youre there!
