" Response to business owner's comment below: Please don't try to be more deceiving than you already have, there is no Winger Suzuki Greenlane Google Review for starters, and in fact the last person who was in contact with me was Paul Govind the dealer principle of both Winger Subaru and Winger Suzuki, my complaint was forwarded to him as he is in charge of Winger Suzuki as well.

There is nothing worst than a hypocritical apology, I was going to let this thing go but after I saw the so called "apology letter" showed up in my mail 2 days ago I decided to write this review.

While my car was serviced by Winger Suzuki for a few warranty repairs, one of the service person drove my car over speed bumps without slowing down, and made personal attacking comments, the whole event was captured by my on board camera recorder, which I've uploaded on Youtube.

The service personnel captured in the video is Maafe Vea from Winger Suzuki Greenlane.

I bought a brand new 2016 Suzuki Vitara and within a year serious issues started to appear, these include:

1. Leaking sun roof
2. 2+ second acceleration delay (dangerous)
3. Loose AC ducting under dashboard on driver side.
4. Loose Airbag rattling on front passenger side.

All above issues were initially denied by Winger, they claimed nothing was wrong with the car, it wasn't until I made complaints to Rodney Brown - National Service Manager of Suzuki NZ, that Winger started to look into the issues.

This service person made the following comment in Part 1 and 2 of the video captured by my on board camera:

"If you want a good quality car you go to Range Rover or something, if you want cheap cars that rattles you come here, so annoying, they act like they bought a Mercedes or something and complaining about little things, maybe this guy is just too much controlling, he's got a mental problem"

In Maafe's apology letter to me he said that the video was captured at one of his "most vulnerable times" and that the comments was out of "pure frustration", well EXCUSE ME? your vulnerable time and frustration? You better get your facts straight, clearly you were having a good laugh with your mate while driving MY CAR, and you said the comments you made were totally outside your character, I'll let the public be the judge of that, because from what I can see, the video shows exactly what type of person you TRULY are. Your name and video is now with ConsumerNZ and NZherald, and all documentation and video/imagery records are backed up by my legal adviser, so you better watch what you say from now on.

" I've had a few issues with my vehicle that were ignored/overlooked by the service centre or where I was given bad/false information. They're not the worst service centre around by any means but I expect more from a dealership. "
