" Dreadful business to deal with. Purchased a lemon of a vehicle here and still getting told they cannot attempt any further repair nor replace or refund my vehicle. Worst of all, my calls either get dodged and when answered I get told by the director Ilya Krzhenitskiy they cannot afford to refund my money either. Still battling to get a refund or solution of some sort. New manager Gilbert Pollock has been diabolical to deal with telling me numerous times that the consumer guarantees act doesn't cover vehicles and I have to accept what I have, and then telling me New Zealand is corrupt because it only screws second hand car dealers and consumers have to many rights. I've witnessed several unfortunate customers there with other vehicle issues and waiting months for a result. for the record I have been waiting approximately 6 months and still nothing. Yet they were very quick to add my image to their facebook page as a "Happy Customer", and will not remove it. I am in no way a happy customer after all that this company has put me through. "

" Hi there, I want to share my experience when I visited Adrenaline Motors Car Dealership.
First of all, I was surprised how warm these guys treated me when I came to their car yard.
They offered me coffee and I took my time to get used to the place while speaking with their sales person Gordon. Then he took me out to see two cars I came for and after his presentation I made my decision on what I really need within two secs. We went back to the office and Gordon introduced me to the finance manager which worked out the numbers for me.
After all I am happy dealing with these guys. I spent there less than an hour and got full service from start to finish absolutely with no stress.
I would recommend this dealership to every one !!! "
