When I finished paying,The cashie was not very friendly to ask me to open my backpack to check, so I showed het each bag. Nothing abnormal inside.
But I really think it's a very impolite thing ! And I also hope you asked me to check my bag not just because I am a foreigner !
I think that if you are worried about theft, you should install related equipment to prevent theft, rather than adopting such an antiquated and unpleasant approach, at least for most people, it would be an insult! "

" Excellent service from Te. Second time I have been assisted by him and he goes one step further in customer service, if he doesn't know he will go and find out! Must admit aisles were a bit cluttered and a bit of a Hazard so that is why I haven't given 5 star. But overall great! "

" What service ? One store greeter and plenty of staff to take your money! Same crappy service as the King street shop ! Could be great! But definitely not ! Nobody comes to a hardware store for just one thing. Good service equates to sales .mitre 10 Mega gets it ! So should you ! "
