At Lot Nine, we are a small, boutique property owning company with a particular focus on commercial and light industrial. We have expertise with project delivery, including strengthening, upgrading, refurbishment and new construction as well as property management directly with our tenants.In the past 12 months, we have completed a full upgrade to one of our two storied Art Deco buildings in central Napier and are about to commence work on a second. Our last property was developed as a 'blank canvas' and without specific tenants in mind when initially undertaking the work. We are also open to design and build.
