" Good place to stay before your flight home. Got a mall and a filling station attached to the building complex. Nice pool with infinite horizon view over Muscat. Friendly staff. Hotels kitchen has great food here as well (good cheeseburger especially!). Spacious rooms with comfy beds and a kitchen provided if you need that (with microvave, stove and washing machine). Price is reasonable here. "

" The room it's extremely nice but every day during mt stay there was brown water for 5 to 10 seconds in the bathroom. Another problem is the taxi drivers that they chose to be their partner. No English, expensive and no taximeter! Thanks god that I found another taxi who drove me for the full week "

" Had a lot of difficulties the key didnt work we didnt have the lobbys number there where no tissue the balconies door was broken and we didnt have internet.the place was nice but it didnt have to fix these problems "

" Amazing place to stay, very helpful staff, large hotel but accessible by lifts. This wonderful aparthotel is fully equipped for a short or long stay. Room service available and cleaning everyday if required.
A short distance from the airport and plenty to do and see around the area, very close to the muscat mall but there is actually a mall attached to the hotel with lifts for guests only so you have a local supermarket for last minute bits and bobs.
The pool area is a delight, there are his and her gym and steam room/ sauna facilities, every inch is clean and tidy, the staff can’t do enough to help and give such a pleasurable stay, particularly Romina and Sharratt (the happiest housekeeper I have ever met). "

" This is a big modern hotel, fairly obvious it was built very recently. My room was more of an apartment with a lounge area and a kitchen rather than just a hotel. The location is great giving access to shops, and malls. The location isn't in quite a tourist area. It's in an urban area surrounded by hotels, and malls. "

" My office accomodation for almost like a month so it became my home. It has a mall in the basement and ground floor has a departmental store spinnys you could get almost everything there, get veggies mear from there and cook at your room of hotel or you can have food it has so many restaurants. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, ever. "

" The Somerset Panorama hotel is excellent. It's much better value for money than the big name hotels. Don't let the "no brand name" thing put you off. It has everything you need and I'd say is better than you might get from a big name. We are in an apartment style room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. It's got a washer dryer, ceramic hob cooker, full size fridge, 2 smart flat screen TVs, a dining table and 4 chairs, and more. We are a family of 5 with young children under 5. Thumbs up "
