The kitchen was disgusting — all of the glasses and plates were dirty, and nothing was ever wiped up. I never should have trusted TripAdvisor. This place is horrible. Do not waste your money. You would have to pay me to return to this dump.
Do not stay at this hotel, it is a scam. It is a broken down mess, and there is always new managers because the owners are absent and they just hire and fire seasonal help. Everyone in Bocas Town knows this place is a joke, it's too bad we paid via PayPal and can't get our money back. This place should be shut down by the board of health for gross negligence. "
