" Very pretty valley, but a bad place for camping. Finding a sheltered and flat place is challenging and limited. This location can have some very steady and prominent winds, peg your tent well. Everything is covered in poop. The outhouse exists but the holes are completely filled with rocks and poop and are pretty unusable. What seems to be the designated camp area, by the sign, has quite a slope. It is near the river, and the river flows through immense fields of poop (and gorgeous scenery) so filter, treat or boil your water. Enjoy the hike!
Ps.It was much nicer to start in Vaqueria and end on this side. "

" Plenty of space for a decent amount of tents, most of which should be able to find cover from the wind within the old farm wall. River is nice and close to collect water for boilings/filtering. Toilets do exist but are very rundown and fully open to the elements. "
