" I took local bus from Huaraz to Chavin. It took 2hrs and the view is amazing beautiful.
The ticket is 15 sole to visit ruins. The best part of Chavin ruins is underground inside the pyramid. "

" I think it was not whort it to go. We made a huge line to be able to see La Estela de Raimondi, it was like 1 hours waiting. When we were closed, you could not take pictures nor stay more than 10 seconds there. Only one person at a time can get into the room and you can't even stand closer to it. I think we appreciate it more looking at pictures. "

" A bit tricky to get to but there are bus tours from Huaraz. The site itself is really interesting and there's a lot that's survived the test of time. It's a fascinating culture to learn about and there's lots here that helps explain their rituals and lifestyles. "
