" Nothing but good things to say about this place. Had a great time. With a very polite and friendly staff. Spotless rooms. And at a very, very good location next to everything. The breakfast buffet was excellent with different options each morning.
On the down side it got a little noisey at times, mostly due to the pub next door. But it wasn't constant and didn't keep me up or ruined my experience in the least, a nice compromise considering the location.
I'd definitely come back and try their food again. "

" Don't waste your money and time here. Terrible hotel and customer service. I don't even know how they can call themselves a 4-star hotel.
On our second night we decided to watch some TV, and to our disappointment it was not working. We called the reception to have it fixed, and they send
a service guy who couldn't fix it, so they offered to move us to another room. So far so good, except that in the second room the A/C is busted (we spent about 2 hours there with the A/C set to maximum, and the room temperature barely changed), and worst part was the bed, which felt more like a series of speed bumps than a regular matress. Really bad and uncomfortable. Time to call the reception once again, but wait, the phone beside the bed isn't working also. So off to the bathroom phone to call them. They offered to switch to a new room, which would be our third one, but ok, s* happens. Couple of minutes later they called, and informed us they don't have anything else available, so they need us to go back to our original room, and that it's "ok now, the TV is fixed". So luggage hauling again back to the room. Quite a 'relaxing Saturday night', lot's of packing/unpacking action for us. If they could fix the TV that fast, why not offer us that option in the first place? We could've gone for a drink or a walk instead of hurrying up to pack everything. Luckyly for us we didn't unpack much in the 2nd room, as we thankfully have only one more night in this place. Anyway, the hotel itself is not in great shape, the hot water in the shower changes to cold by itself during the shower. It's way overpriced at USD $100. 100 soles perhaps, but even that feels too much given some of the other hotels we stayed here in Peru. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one, there are lots of better options nearby. "
