Not to mention our free pisco sours were literally a shot glass full.
I had to complain to the concierge, unfortunately, having paid a bit of money (for Peru, especially) to spend a nice new year's with my partner and not having the facilities we were told we would have. She upgraded our room with no charge, so that was nice because it had a bathtub we could use in place of the Jacuzzi.
The saving grace was the breakfast buffet, which was far beyond other breakfasts I've had in hostels and hotels in Peru. The yucca fries were amazing.
All in all it is okay. I'd say around best western quality, so don't expect too much beyond that. "
