" Went there with a tour group and they've messed up some of the people's reservations, and they were forced to find another hotel without the hotel's staff help.
The free breakfast is decent but the eggs are very runny.
Finally, all of the bathroom vents connects with each other which you can easily hear other people's businesses. Not quite private...
With that said though, the rooms are clean and if the weather is cold, there's an electric heater in the bedroom that you can plugin. "

" The room I booked claimed to have memory foam mattresses, city views, and a double bed. The room I got had 2 twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were old and smelly. The window opened to the maid's closet. It had zero ventilation. Cable t.v. was out. The room had a silverfish infestation. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors clearly. The maids ignored the do not disturb sign. The room where they served breakfast had flies buzzing around. All in all this is a horrible hotel. "

" Clean Hotel. Buffet Breakfast very good! Staff are very accommodating & friendly. Front desk staff are bilingual. WiFi available & very good signal. Separate user names/passwords issued if you have multiple devices. "
