" Terrible store. I bought a washer machine Samsung and pay extra for deliver a specific time , days after they called me and told me they cannot delivery the machine on that day because of the holidays. The holidays are in two weeks!!!!' They told me they can deliver the following week ! Terrible service !! I told them I don't want the machine anymore! They called five minutes later and told me they can deliver the day I chose, so I didn't cancelled the order! Guess what!! They never deliver the washer machine!! Terrible !! "

" Client care at its worst. The store has decent selections of clothes (we are not in North America folks). To get most of the sales you need to apply for a Ripley card. (similar to Saga). There is way too much dishonesty in Peru so if someone scams your card how are you going to prove it wasn't you. This is the big problem here with any bank cards or visa cards that originate from the south American banks. This is my experience. You will spend many hours and several trips to their offices before this ever gets resolved. It's a huge frustration. Beware. "

" Terrible after sales service. I bought a 32" TV here and after 3 months the remote control stopped working. I returned it to the store, and instead of getting a sorry lets sort this out, I got a barrage of questions, and had to wait 3 weeks for the "repair". After three weeks I went to collect the remote and they told me "the TV has a guarantee but not the remote control" so the whole process was a failed waste of time. In addition, they don't sell spare remote controls so I had to order on line from a 3rd party. "
