" Tahiti is no longer allowing tourism of any kind. Paulina refuses to refund my wedding deposit for photography on something completely out of my control, COVID. Instead she suggests, "Just continue to plan the event or postpone it." I could lose out on a lot more money following her suggestion. I believe not being considerate of something outside of my control is very poor professionalism and customer service. "
