" I gave it one star just because I wanted to write a review for it otherwise it doesn't even deserve this one star...We has planned to stay in this hotel and booked for days 11th to 18th of july. They asked all our details and confirmed that a room is booked for us within all these days. We had booked this room 20 days before the 11th of july. During these days we called them again and again to confirm our booking so that we wouldn't face any inconvenience on the very last day. As we were all new to swat too, we couldn't find the places easily and instead of a journey of 5-6 hours from islamabad, it took us at least 10 hours. We were all really tired and I had my children with me too who were so tired they were sleeping throughout the trip. When we finally reached the hotel with relief that we would finally rest, they refused to accept the fact that we had already booked in advance and said that there are no more rooms. When asked to speak to the responsible person with whom we had booked with, they said that he was not here and that his number is also off and no idea when he would come. We were really disappointed and had to bear the pain and consequences of searching for hotel rooms that were not occupied when we were already very tired. I had to say this is not what I expected as I read the reviews which were really good and in result (for the last time) we had booked a room here. Never again. "
