We wanted to help call centers with their back-end operation issues, such as Client Retention, Business Development, Team Training, Dialer Installation, VoIP, and more. Just in 3 years, Antztec was a well-known brand in the Call Center industry of Pakistan. Mostly focusing on Business Development and presenting new opportunities for Call Centers not just in Pakistan but in India, Philippines, Honduras and Egypt. Over the years Antztec has started its own contact center and dived into industry-changing strategies such as Web Development, Digital Marketing and SEO.
