" To understand Krakow's past, present, and future plan a visit here. While the museum is of a modest size, it is very well designed, weaving together stories of what happened to individuals and the Jewish population broadly. Most people don't realise Poland once had the largest population of Jews in the world. The Holocaust destroyed that although Jewish life in Krakow and Poland has not been broken - it continues. The photographs that document what is left of Jewish heritage in Poland are stunning. On one hand, they are deeply tragic but on the other hand, the desire of Jewish and non Jewish Poles to memorialise those who were lost gives hope. We need to learn from what happened so that when we say "Never Again" - we really mean it. "

" Remnants of a people, of Galicia, of memories.
Comprehensive repository of memories, pictures, diaries of the drama of a world and a region that was Galicia that disappeared with the 2nd WW. The exhibition is about all that, photos are documenting that loss and supplementing what is left and helping keep its memory alive. "

" Mostly photos, not artifacts. No benches to sit on to rest legs between exhibits. Would recommend Oskar Schindler factory or pomorska st museum over this. "

" Very powerfully done. The photos are stunning, and the text very well crafted. And it lets you in on so many stories you'd never find on your own "

" Amazing exhibitions showing the history of the Galician Jewish, the photos are compelling and powerful in telling the messages. I hope they would include other types of memorabilia like their belongings, some reconstructions illustrating their daily lives etc "
