PROS: The vehicle I requested is what I got.
CONS: Classic bait and switch tactics, which I did not appreciate. The price I was quoted online was not the price I paid for the vehicle due to "mandatory" insurance not included in the quote. If I did not have two small jet lagged children traveling with me I would have told the young kid behind the hotel desk to go **** himself. I like to know the complete price online before booking, which did not happen here. I was only offered the following two options or they would not relinquish the vehicle to me.
1. 1000 Euro refundable deposit in case of an accident.
2. Insurance, which was an additional 20 euro/day.
Need I say more..... "

" The agency is in the corner of the hotel. You can reach it, taking the bridge to the railwaystation and go left to the lift to the hotel. Take the lift and than the agency is directly in the left side when you exit the lift.
Perfect service + speak english and polish + clean and nice car with no damage "
