" Lovely hotel but don't expect 5 star, I'd say closer to 4 star. Breakfast had plenty of choice with fruits, cereals, cold selection of meat and cheese and also cooked bacon, sausage etc. Spa was nice and treatment reasonably priced. There was no swimming pool. The bar area was next to reception and not a comfortable place to spend very much time. The restaurant was closed for evening meals due to a wedding on Saturday and another party on Sunday. This didn't affect me as there are so many lovely restaurants in Krakow but might have been an inconvenience to other guests. There was however a pizza place in the hotel too.
The walk from the hotel along the river to the Centre took 20 minutes and was lovely when it was daylight and decent weather. It was a bit dark on the return so taxi was sometimes a good choice. Taxi was usually around £4 or £5 but ask before you travel as 1 driver gave a hugely inflated price.
