This ZOO enchants with its expositions of local fauna, exhibiting various central European species which are close to extinct. Also wounded animals, mainly birds, find sanctuary here. The "local farm" part is very attractive mainly for kids. You can spend several hours strolling around and enjoying peace of nature.
In the small indoor exhibition, not only you can "walk on water" - having fish swimming literally under your feet, but apart from all terrariums with various exotic species, you can also enter a room with big exotic butterflies. "

" Beautiful zoo, too bad it was under construction/maintenance when we visited, so we couldn't access some areas... Didn't saw any insects area tho... "
