" I normally stay in the Ambassador Hotel in Lodz, but I decided to try the ibis to save money. I stayed with my two older boy who are big men.
We where very surprised and we would recommend it to anyone. You get what you pay for, but with the outside seating and spacious reseption area. We loved the hotel "

" Customer service was not great. The staff in the hotel restaurant were rude and it felt like i bothered them when i tried to order food (considering i am paying for a service).
One of the ladies behind the bar came and started stroking a customers dog whom she brought into the diner area (a place of bloody food). Why on earth you bring a damn dog to a hotem only God knows! Then without her washing her hands she went and served a gentleman straight after.
One of my colleagues confronted her about this and she denied it considering we was watching her the whole time and she was meant to be serving us.
Throughout our time in Łodz we never ate there again.
Also my toilet stopped working but they were nice enough to give me a replacement room next door. "
