Knowing that in most places the prices went up after the new year, I found out what the situation in the salon looks like, getting information that at the moment the prices are the same as on the website, I will add that in February I also called the salon to ask about the details of the procedure and then I also asked about the cost visits. A week ago I received a call and the visit would be delayed by half an hour, of course, it was not a problem, but today I received a call not an hour before the procedure, but the procedure will not take place because the person performing it fell ill. I understand the random situation, but I came especially for a visit from Warsaw, spending money on the road and using my vacation day, which no one will pay me back. I understand everyone has the right to get sick, although I must admit that I am not satisfied with the fact that I was informed about the canceled visit less than an hour before, of course I was not able to say when I can postpone the visit, so I said that I would call back. In the meantime, I went to the clinic's website and also saw that the prices had changed, it is known that they were not lower, at the same time I got a call from the clinic that my second treatment may take place during the conversation, I mentioned that the prices of the treatments differ from these which I made an appointment and that no one had informed me about it so far, the lady confirmed that since March the price list has changed but she did not answer anything about why I was not informed about it 🤷♀️ I am just very disappointed with the whole situation and so discouraged by the unprofessional With the approach of the minimum gift voucher that I received from my sister for Christmas, I gave up the visit completely. "
