" When you first walk in it is daunting. LONG lines and it's the first thing you have to do before anything. As I was dreading that I would wait in line forever, a very professional young lady was asking people in the line what they were there to do. This cut my wait time to stateside efficiency. Amazing. The lady in the new vehicle plate area was superb. Very proficient and kind. I had to go get something outside the complex because I needed something printed out from an email and some "comprobantes" they are like a government cashiers check. I did all that and I had my plates. All rather painless. I'm impressed. Thank. you all. "
