" I've been thoroughly impressed with Dru's project management skills. I came from an agency setting myself prior to this job and everything that I tried implementing with our project managers, Dru does.
- Communication with us is spot-on. He doesn't wait for the weekly meetings to reach out and ask for or provide updates. Any blockers are emailed to us promptly.
- The visual presentation is great. He communicates the timeline effectively and shows how certain actions will affect the completion date. I love the ability to see a fluid end-date.
- Any additional concepts that are more difficult to visualize, he uses Miro, which I'm a huge fan of as well, to illustrate what's going to occur.
- He brings on Chris to calls whenever he needs additional technical discussions to occur with our developers. Chris is great as well, btw. Definitely knows his stuff and works well with our team.
