Saint Nicholas hotel is located within the agricultural calm area in Beit Jala where terraced agricultural lands are still maintained and organic products produced. Following the region traditions, the hotel improved the organic production of the nearby land which is believed to strengthen the pilgrims’ unique experience visiting the holy land. Thus 4000 meter square of land was planted with daily consumed organic products to cook best traditional food offered with generosity.

Nonetheless, we succeeded to create a platform from which tourists can enjoy the magnificent view of the terraced agricultural land of the area. A tourist can enjoy the breeze of fresh relaxing air getting to know the Middle Eastern atmosphere walking through the gardens.
