We booked a table for 5, got in time and had to wait 15 to 20min (which I don't think is a big deal, however I expect to be invited to have a drink while I wait to be seated, high tables are available at entry point.
Not everyone is used to this type of menu, I think the waitress should be instructed or spend sometime explaining, for example, Portuguese main dish portions are usually large enough for a single dish meal, however due to the "gourmetish" style of the restaurant people should be invited to try a three course meal, or make set menus mandatory.
Basket of bread with 3 thin slices off focacia was served, for a table of 5, we asked more baskets and where let known that no more was available, I would understand if you just walk in for a meal but not when you book the table.
We ordered 5 different main dishes, all the dishes were very good and balanced, beside the ravioli, the bistro sauce had poor connection with the ravioli filling, however the pasta and praws where perfect.
We ordered all the different desserts, all where good, but the Affogato wasn't of my taste I would probably use an Irish whisky for a more caramelized taste instead of the scotch which the sharpness overtake the taste of the rest.
For a gourmet/mid to high end restaurant, I expect cloth or Base for the dishes as well as linen napkins and cutlery set on the table instead of inside a metal bucket, in my opinion there was some mismatch on the concept.
Heaters should be present if tables are offered outside during night time, blankets are acceptable for a bar / tapas restaurant.
Bill was handled on hand, as there was 'no more boxes', I think people can improvise, or just wait for another box to become available.
Some tables received different levels of attention from the waitress.
The space itself is very nice and we'll decorated. Backless benches shouldn't be offered for dinner menu, particularly if elderly people are present in the group.
My overall opinion is, the cuisine end is good/very good with some bits that can be improved, the management and client end has a lot to improve.

" The black pork was one of the best meals I've ever had. The staff were very friendly and everything they brought us was incredible both taste wise and in it's presentation. I think this place deserves a Michelin Star! "
