I found a plastic of cigarette, the carpet look awful, the hair dryer not working. The bed sheets has piece of hair :(
And the worst smell cigarette which is i called the reception to change my room to non smoking or walk out and get my money back. They said they can’t give it back.. then okay i ask to spray maybe and they say yes they will send a guy to do something,, really bad the smell,,,!,!!!
but its been a long time no response luckily that i brought my perfume and alcohol.
Need to clean property and need improvement for the fast response of the staff! "

" The rooms are decent, but everything else sucks. The staff is the worst and you should stay away from this hotel for that alone. My flight was leaving in a couple hours and obviously we were supposed to arrive at the airport early. After waiting at least a half hour in the lobby and complaining, he had the audacity to tell me the time instead of saying itll be just a moment or something else a bit nicer. After another guest who also had to go to airport complained, they finally decided to wake there shuttle bus driver up. He literally woke up grabbed the keys and got in the shuttle bus. I don't write many reviews, but i think that anyone who finds this review should know and stay away. "

" Just visited here for a few hours between our flights to get some sleep. The room was big and overall nice. Beds were good (at least we got some sleep because we were very tired) . Staff was nice as well. "

" Jalsa restaurant (Buffet) Good interiors (pics).. uncomfortable seating.. poor service, lots of confusion, items weren't served in the buffet on time.. beyond acceptable delays.. said an ice drink (gola) would take 30 mins as ice wasn't formed, so no drink was available all through the meal. Decent food, especially the starters.. but the other distractions were a bit too much to digest "

" I hate to give a place a one star but I have to be honest. It is really not at an acceptable standard, especially the lack of cleanliness. We found at least 3 roaches crawling around, one in the bed. The walls and furniture were stained. It is also more of a local hangout than a decent hotel. I could not recommend this hotel. "

" Was sufficient but giving it three stars because the photos are very outdated and don't reflect the present day. Not four star and a bit tired looking — just a few annoyances that add up like kettle and fridge not working, no towels upon arrival, no coffee... nonetheless lovely breakfast staff with yummy curries for breakfast. Nice big rooms so would be perfect for families wanting space but for couples probably better to find a smaller room but better quality IMO. Room was quiet considering the construction outside. Beds are firm borderline hard. "

" The hotel is great and clean, lovely rooms. I had a great experience with them, they helped me a lot as I was traveling alone with two little girls. The girls enjoyed the pool and the play area. I forgot my wallet at the hotel and they send it to the airport straight away intact. I will always be grateful, and if I have to go again through Doha, I'll sleep there for sure. "
