" This review is especially for the physiotherapy receptionist. The lady at the counter doesn’t know how to speak politely and respect the patients. She is not talking in a pleasant manner and insults the patient. But he doctors, and all other staff we met starting from cosmetic maintenance boys to doctors and even other counter receptionists are so polite. But this lady speaks very arogently. She doesn’t help us to give even the helpline number and asking us to search at google, and also refused to give even feed back form . We would not like to visit this department especially the reception counter. It’s better for the patient s if the hospital will take some action against such employees and coach them how to deal with patients. Thanks "

" Only 3 stars rating, because even it’s a new building, it has old facilities inside, VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL ORTHOPEDIST, but a very RUDE “doctor” inside of the MRI section on the ground floor, he was complaining about the noise in the reception area, so instead of this, have better facilities. "

" Found the staff very helpful and professional. Patient staff and care for patients welfare. Doctors are open minded and give good guidance. Very popular hospital with both expats and locals . Only downside is the limited parking. "

They told on day before to come 20 minutes before in Friday at 10 my appointment
I came on time 30 minutes before and now it's 10 and the center is closed!!!!!!! "
