" Tip: if you arrive late, let the hotel know. They have cancelled my reservation when I was on the plane. When I got there it said that my CC didn't work. They got me a leftover room so it got solved.

" Great hospitality, room quality is really great and amazing spread for breakfast. And great value for money. Will highly reccomend if you are looking at high quality budget hotel in Doha at reasonable rates. They also didn't charge for 2 hours of extended check out. "

" The hotel is nice and the buffet breakfast consisted of great variety of fresh food - I really loved the different types of homemade bread every morning.I was upgraded upon arrival, but my excitement did not last long, as the room felt a bit worn out and definitely needed improvement and the only window was oriented towards the hotel atrium. On top of that, the adjacent room was occupied by a noisy family with little children but the whole floor was empty which added to the feeling that the upgrade on the room wa anothing more that an unsuccessful marketing strategy. "

" Nice clean rooms . The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant and a coffee shop. They also have a nice banquet hall. The is a strip of outside sitting area in the reception. The location is a bit off Fri. Shops etc but still every thing is in walking distance. Taxis are a but difficult to find however the reception can help you with this. "

Things we didn't like: we had, apparently, an old menu, so we called room service and they didn't have what it said.
Sometimes we called room service for towels or water and they never came. "

" Not bad hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast bit average but you can find what you need. Aircondition is set to quite low temperature and you cannot switch it completely off as centra will still work. But you can set it even more cold.. 😂😁. Hotel restaurant average. Better to go somewhere else to eat at evenings. "

" Wonderful place, Maha restaurant is a struggle. Food can be a bit gloomy and slightly over priced with can of Pepsi for QR10. Don't really know how much it is in open market.

" It was a nice visit at Sapphire Plaza Hotel on Sept 29, 2017. Thank you for upgrading our room from classic to junior suite even without request. Staff at the reception was so friendly and approachable.
Only one thing that was not satisfying was the a/c. We have requested and checked by the maintenance 15 minutes after check-in, but at dawn we walk up sweating all over. Hope maintenance should know exactly what was going on so guest wouldn't be bothered in the middle of their sleep.
