About the Company


SOPHIA was born in 2004, as "Sophia Incredible India", a project based upon indian exotic authenticity. It turned into "Sophia Home Decoration", drawing inspiration from the European styles. The concept was continuously reborn over the years, being focused on customers' requirements.


Anamaria Stefan, SOPHIA's founder, travelled around the world all those years, and she got inspired from colours, traditions, styles and trends. She reinvented the concept, now simply called "Sophia" and based upon elegance and refinement. Nowadays Sophia offers complete interior design solutions for homes, hotels, restaurants and museums.

We currently have 24 stores in Romania, UK and the Republic of Moldova: 17 franchises and 7 of our own.



Product and services range

Sophia meets the demands of the hotels, restaurants, hostels and cafes with the new collections of curtains and voiles. There are many unique collections of beautiful fabrics, classic or modern, in rich colors. We customize the materials upon our customers demands: we create patterns and colour mixtures in order to reach our customer's vision.
