" The quality of the items is undeniable and very difficult to compete with. However, unfortunately the customer service is completely lacking. They have inaccurate stock information, it takes days (sometimes even more) for the Concierge service to reply, they send incomplete orders without announcing and when asked about it they are unkind and seem bothered by the questions.
They do not respect paying customers and take them for granted. Completely unprofessional and unworthy of the “premium” title. "
