La ora 13:00 cu toate datele trimise si o cerere mai ciudata " tip scaun copil"
Imi pare rau nu mai avem masini...
Pai cum mai zdremtelor o juma de ora inainte , nu stiai unde sa le mai parchezi atatea aveai si acum te-ai sucit? "

" De 3 ani de zile inchiriez masini CU 321 RENT a Car, cand vin in Romania. De fiecare data cand a trebuit sa ies din tara cu masina nu am avut nici o problema la acte iar masinile s-au prezentat excelent pe sosea. Plus ca intotdeauna mi-au dat de ales intre masini ieftine, pret mediu si scumpe. Am inchiriat din toate categoriile dupa cum m-a tinut buzunarul. Recomand 321 rent a car cu toata increderea. "

" Experiență foarte neplăcută. După ce am discutat la telefon detalii legate de mașină și de condiții, am primit un e-mail de refuz cum că nu mai au disponibile mașini. Cu toate că verbal mi sa confirmat că totul este ok.
Foarte neserioși! Nu recomand! "

" I don't know where they are getting these 5 star reviews (must be friends?), because this is, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. They tried to steal our €100 deposit over a preexisting scratch that might have cost €10 to get buffed out, even if we *had* caused it. On top of that, the representative drove off at speed with my wife still in the car when she wouldn't agree to forfeit our deposit! (That's assault where I come from.) We got the police involved and with their help managed to get most of our deposit back (less 100RON). My wife says that he didn't want to stop until she called the police from the car. "

" Total disappointment: made an online reservation, waited two days for e-mail confirmation. After calling them, they told they don't have the car I made reservation for on that specific time period, and they didn't even bother to notify me.
