" It is far overpriced considering the overall experience. Especially one of the girls from the reception was very nasty and was not able (didn't want?) to help us with any request. Their beach is not well taken care of and the water tap for washing your feet of sand when coming back to the hotel is a disgrace for the 4 stars. The parking is very small considering the size of the hotel (1/3 of it is reserved for their administrative cars). "

" It is trying to be a 4 star hotel without the 4 star staff. Do not expect welcoming service here. Also, the room felt very institutional and the bed was not even up to 2 star standards. It was very overused. This is a 2-3 star hotel in the rest of Western Europe understanding that it is in Eastern Europe. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Eastern Europe, Bucharest included and they lived up to European standards. Iaki has a long way to go to get to even 4 star standards for what I know from even Bucharest. I moved to another 4 star hotel north of Iaki and immediately felt what 4 star hotel service should be like so I know it is possible in this part of the world.
On the plus, it is in a very clean section of Mamaia but a very busy part. "

" Had lunch here. Nice building and terrace, amidst a lot of terrible high-rise architecture in Mamaia. Ciorba was great, Pizza tasty, just the waiting time for the food (>1h) was unacceptable. Very professional though that the waiter told us up-front that they were understaffed due to low season, so we expected the wait. "
