Chef Joseph Hadad is ready for a new adventure. Tomorrow morning he is leaving for a short trip to his native country, Israel. He will first visit his beloved parents, then he will return the visit to his good friend, @barakyehezkeli, at his restaurant in Tel Aviv, Burek - בורק, for a special dinner, and for a few days he will have a culinary tour mixed with a long awaited tour of the famous markets of Tel Aviv.
