Service is typically fast and competent. Staff is professional though not too friendly. Waiting area is comfortable though there is space for only five people. Unfortunately, there are no places nearby to wait (such as coffee shops or restaurants). Try to arrive early as they open at 7 AM.
Maintenance prices are cheap compared to most competitors. Prefer this branch over the one in Dammam, as it is significantly less crowded and hectic. Overall, this place provided the best car service experience I've had in Saudi Arabia. "

" I booked a service appointment two days ago and told them what needed doing. They booked me a 9 am appointment and at 11 am told me they didn't have the parts and I would have to leave the car overnight and pick it up in the morning.
Unfortunately this is the only Hyundai Service in the area and so I don't have any other option to get warranty repairs done "
