" I stay at this hotel only because it's convenient for my customer. The front desk service has gone from bad to worse for past 2 years. This time at the scheme I was given room 315.. first the card didn't work and when i again went down to correct it and returned the card worse but it was shocking that some one was already staying. Then I had to go back and they have me.another room.. ridiculous.
The room I got was 215. The water closet/flush was not working . They fixed it but again in night it stopped working.m
Really shocking for a novotel. Not sure how the GM of this property allows this.... "

" Ok at best. I should have figured it out at check in when the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room, and when I answered that I wanted non smoking he informed me that there were no non smoking rooms left available. Why bother to ask then? (I booked non smoking, Incidentally.) My stay didn't really get any better from there. "

" I have never stayed in the hotel but I have used the hotel restaurant for a business dinner. It was an open buffet but it was not good. The variety is very limited. Not even a fresh juice! It could be better if It was in another hotel restaurant.
It is cam and clean place and good staff. The air conditioning was warm but when I asked to adjust the temperature they did. "

" I dined in there buffet for lunch two times during the same week on March 30 and 31st. The manager is so friendly and welcoming and the staff as well. Food tastes good . Variety of dishes are aviable ; There is a good salad section,2 soups , alright main dishes variations and desserts. Cleanliness is excellent.
Things i wanted to be there. More variety of fruits in the dessert section, only one plate of different sliced fruits is there. Also i didn't find a signature or special dishes which is unique and creative. I felt a little consistency in the food sections but it is okay. I didn't encounter any dish in specific I would return for it. That's why i am giving only 4 stars.
Price is within hotels ranges buffet prices. It is around SAR 180 per person.
It is a good choice i would recommend for business lunches.
There is a special discount for Al Zamil employees ask in advance. "
