" The hotel staff stole a special bottle of tequila that I had brought from home to celebrate my friends birthday (it's his favorite bottle and it was a special occasion). To make up for it the manager gave me a tiny local bottle of rum even though she knew how important my tequila bottle was.
The food is actually disgusting. By far the worst food on the island.
They claim to be "eco friendly" as an excuse to avoid cleaning ur bedsheets and towels everyday however each villa includes it's own pool: very eco friendly I must say.
Finally all the " recommended" activities are actually extremely bad recommendations: they bassically push anything that gets them a commission.
For example Valee De Mai (which is by far the most magical place I've been to in my life) is not part of the recommended activities: it's because it's a UNESCO heritage site so most probably they do not make any type of commission out of our visit.
Sadly It took us a few bad recommendations before we realized that all we were doing is going from one hotel to another instead of enjoying the island's real beauty just because the hotel service recommended it.
So all I'm saying is:
-Watch out for your stuff, they might get stolen.
- Do not even try the food (even the coconut water is bad)
- Make sure you keep ur bedsheets and towels supper clean because they are not going to clean them for you.
- And do not listen to the hotels recommendations when it comes to activities. "
