" The worst back up service I have ever encountered. The staff on the phone seem totally not interested. It is lucky when you see a program that doesn't have a signal breakdown in it.
I have now been 4 day's with no intension. Today I have been on the phone for 45 minutes and no body takes my call. I have been a loyal customer for 11 year's paying my bill on time every month. This is the treatment I get.
I will at your office first thing Monday morning if this problem is not resolved. "

" Scrambled chanel and poor telephone signal at times. PUC Power cut is à major problèm for intelvision you should have some back-up generators in some area specially in the south Mahe. Internet very good. The staffs are very nice. "
