" I've stayed here for 5 nights in a row and can say I'm very happy with the experience. My frst time in Karlstad I was so suprised to find out this building was once a jail! They have a meusem with actual jail cells on the lower levels that are a must see. I was also suprised to find out both breakfast and supper buffets are included! All of the food I've had was excellent and presented very well. The front desk staff have been super freindly and happy to speak English with me while helping with things to see and do while here. The rooms are clean and quite nice. I've also found it to be quiet. I would stay here again no question. "
