The 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion Program was jointly launched by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, and Alipay in 2018.Our goal is to help emerging markets cultivate tech leaders to become drivers for advancing digital economic development.We aim to train 1,000 digital technology leaders every year for the next 10 years, a critical effort to enhance human capital for emerging markets.
